Sam, you have been championing this Seattle-based band for a long time now already, and you have actually worked with them one-on-one, haven't you?
Every year at South by Southwest, there's one band that I see, fall in love with, and then stalk all around Austin.
And as is custom, when there's a band I love, I basically assault them, you know, in a positive way.
After their sets and tell them, you know, if you ever want to come to New York, like, let me know.
I saw after the fact they like ended up signing to Sub Pop, which is a Seattle band.
They've built up this whole kind of like corporation core universe around their band.
We had the whole band in the studio to play some live songs, and then Alex and Kendra sat down with you to chat.
And I just want to piggyback off of that and just echo that it is such an interesting conversation.
