So it's a good question, right? What does it take? And this can be put into the lens and context of so many different things.
But for me, over the last, it's probably really the last two months.
And this happens every year.
I mean, I've been very ambitious in what I've been trying to achieve personally for my business.
And when I first started the business, you have your ideas, your goals, your aspirations.
And then as it progresses, it changes and it evolves into something else.
And what I thought I would be doing five years ago, it's changed.
It's evolved.
become a bigger, I guess, something bigger than I probably ever imagined.
But at the same time, you kind of have this mentality that's like, you want it to be big, or you want it to be at this certain size, or you want it to be earning a certain amount of money, et cetera.
And back then, it's like, what's it going to take? What does it take? And now I zoom out and I look at probably where I am.
I am now where I wanted to be five years ago.
And But sometimes you think about, oh, well, but I'm not at that next five years spot.
Of course not, because I've got to go do the five years work.
But the point is, is like, I'm back at the point where I'm asking myself, what is it going to take? What does it take to get there? And I mean, this applies in anything that we're trying to work towards and wanting to achieve ourselves by putting our work and effort towards success.
whether if you're just training for something or if you're learning or even if you're going through university or if you're going through, maybe you're going through an internship and you want to get a job offer for a career or you're just looking for a job for the first time.
And I think it's a really important thing.
