So I think growth doesn't necessarily have to mean bigger, right? And I think that's probably the first myth or misconception.
We need to make sure people understand that.
It isn't all about more money.
It isn't all about more followers.
It isn't about more success.
It isn't about more achievement.
Growth, I think, my personal opinion, is about becoming calmer, becoming kinder, becoming how to learn to have more patience, how to set boundaries, how to heal better, how to just be a better version of yourself.
It's not necessarily about expansion, though that's typically the way we tend to always go about it, especially for men.
We're very hunter-gatherer type fellas.
And...
I think taking a step back and actually looking at the things that enable us to become better people, better individuals, it's not about the money.
It's not about the followers.
It's not about the success.
It's actually about how we manage ourselves, how we manage our lives, how we manage the things around us, being calmer, being kinder, being patient, setting up the boundaries, having those healthy relationships and that balance within being able to do things and your responsibilities and your accountabilities, et cetera, et cetera.
So sometimes it is that refinement.
Life is going to constantly continue to ask more of you, not just the cost of living.
I mean, that has just been an absolute rollercoaster in the last few years here, especially here in Australia.
But every season demands something new.
It requires something more of you.
And...
