When we go all in like you did on something and we really think it's going to work and it just doesn't, despite wrong time, wrong place, whatever the factors were for that not to work, you were talking about the weight that comes from that and kind of internalizing those feelings of like, I'm glad you believed in me, but I didn't get it done.

And I got to go out and figure out, how do I shed that? So I'm curious, what was effective for you when you were going through that process? How did you shed that weight? so that you could take that energy and reinvest and go all in on laundry.

Because it would have been really easy, Ken, to be like, man, this didn't work out.

I had never in my life really experienced a lot of anxiety and depression, and I went through a deep, dark period of anxiety and depression.

I was like, man, I, I didn't know what was going to happen or where things were going to go.

And what I mean by work, right? There's, there's a lot of that work is facing the reality of what happened and talking through it.

That's, that's a lot of people just bottle it up inside and, and, don't and so a lot of the work is talking through it for me some of the work was i actually went and got brain scans done because i was literally going through a really challenging time where again when you get to a point where you don't want to wake up in the morning that's not great that's not great at all and so i i went to the amen clinics and had brain scans done to try to figure out what's going on in my brain that might not be right at the moment and It was fascinating to go through that process.

I thought maybe, do I need some type of drugs? Do I need ADD meds? What do I need? But they found that I was lacking certain things in my supplements that supplements could provide.
