After I finished university, I just knew that I wanted to help people and I didn't know how.

I discovered the course, initially trained as a relaxed kids coach, which is like a licensing program.


They're children, you know, who are experiencing things that I experienced as a child.

And I suppose the work has become, what can I give these children that I wasn't given? How can I support these children in a way that I wasn't supported? And so, like I say, like a labor of love, you know, for the children, but also for the child in me who, you know, didn't get what she needed.
