So Noreen is the chief marketing and comms head at Kahn Group, which is a a company which supports the asset management industry with risk and compliance and operational work.

Noreen's had a fascinating career in marketing and financial services, so we can dive into that in a second.

But also, Noreen, another reason why I think you're such a great guest for this series is the fact that you're founder of an organization called Reboot, which is looking into the ethnicity gap pay gap and issues around that and progression for people from different ethnic backgrounds in financial services.
