A conversation w/ The Strictly Servant Society

So it is good to sit here with you.

It's different to have you because usually when I see these sisters, they are in the classroom.

We have been fighting, but I just want to get straight up to it.

You ladies have already shared your mission.

It's clear that you are going to be in the communities where the need is.

So I just want to get straight into it for our audience.

Why me? Tell them why you decided to come in partner with both on Sadiq.

So today, we all, everybody in this club have a mission to do something different, but together, five women, we're missing one, but she's not pregnant.

Her name is Zaria Parkwet.

Zaria is our community organizer, but again, she's super pregnant, so she couldn't be here.

We five women with one mission, and that's to serve.

Today, we all came together and We have our member's son, which is my little cousin, and so many others that sit in those prisons and in those jails, and it's super hot.

And his words, because he don't want to speak, it feel like hell.

So it's too hot.

Our goal is to try to bring awareness to the heat index that's going on inside of the jails and prisons.

And this was something that the VP, Chantel, she brought to our attention.

Like, this is something people don't even think about.

The jail people in there are super hot.

Also, the health care in there is bottle and barrel.

Ma'am, you have great people that go up in there, the doctors in the corps, they go up in there and actually work with them, but when can they get this thing up? I mean, how long do we on the outside want to sit with a toothpick? Right.

Seconds, right? But if you have to put in for a call, put in on people, try to get somebody in there to take it.

Right.

That's a problem.

We want to take the truth out ourselves.

So just imagine if you know it could be nuts before you get saved.
