So the concept is you are basically selecting eight areas which are covering your whole life.

And the eight areas I personally selected are the areas of finances, learning, so my education, my personality, health, social, my relationship with my significant other, my son and my business.

And in our last episode, we covered on how you identify these eight areas and how you can make sure that you really have the right eight areas in place.

And also in our last episode at the end, I gave you a short example or exercise where you should rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 in every single area.

It's absolutely like you want to have it and like it should be and like you want to keep it going in the future.

So now we have our life wheel in front of us and we have our numbers from 1 to 10.

So now the question is, okay, how can we start to really develop it? How can we make sure that we do not have a lot of sacrifices? And when you are like myself or when you are like most business owners, your life will not be a 10 and a 9 and a 9 and a 10 and a 8 and a 10 and a 10 and a 10.

So most likely your life will look more like, oh, and 1, a 7, a 3, a 8, a 2, a 10, a 5.

And you will identify areas where you are very good, where you are already very evolved, where you are very happy with the situation, how the situation is already.

But then you probably will also identify areas that are very weak or just a pain in the ass at the moment.
