For The Girls Who Struggle With Grief

I'm going to really try my best to not get emotional in this episode.

But this is something that has been on my mind so much lately.

But the truth is, I feel like it's always on my mind as someone who does struggle with grief and loss and change.

It really does make me emotional regularly.

Like I could cry today over things that happened years ago.

Like I'll still feel that.

I'm also just like a very nostalgic person.

I feel like a lot of people could tell that about me.

i can't help it it's just who i am i have also generally speaking always had a hard time watching one chapter close even if it means another new and beautiful chapter is beginning like i find it hard to say goodbye to things and end things even if they're ending for good reasons And there's so much that we all grieve in life.

The childhood that we'll never get back.

The friendships that faded away.

Relationships that we thought would last forever.

Old versions of ourselves.

Our childhood home.

You know, the homes that we used to live in that we will never move back to.

You know, like all of those.

There's just grief in everything.

At least for me there is.

I have a hard time.

mentally and emotionally letting go of things never being the same.

even the way that I'm sure you all have seen.

And this is why I say, like, I think people probably can tell this about me as being like a really nostalgic person.

I'm sure the way that I'm sure you all have seen the way that I'm just like so obsessed with Christmas.

I go all out like the decorations and I do it from like November 1st, you know, like that's my way of reliving my childhood as much as possible because like, To be honest, Christmas makes me feel so sad now.

I hate that I feel that way as much as I love Christmas.
