The Sunset, Sunrise, and Seasons of Spiritual Leadership

People who have lived extraordinary lives, have had great resources, some have had massive positions in life, and obviously have much wisdom to give others can oftentimes be discounted and even soon forgotten.

While this is so much of the American culture and the way the American culture feels about those things in this large group of people, I do not think that the people in the days of Moses and Joshua and Caleb and their generation, they didn't feel that way.

You see, these three men were not ushered into the lane of irrelevance.

These three men, Moses, Joshua, and Caleb, they brought their A game in the final decades, plural, not simply the decade, but the final decades of their lives.

All three of those men were living legacies, and obviously all three of those men left legacies.

Consider this.

Moses lived until he was 120 years old.

Joshua lived until he was 110 years old.

And Caleb lived longer than his contemporary Joshua, which means he was beyond 110, but to my knowledge, the Bible does not tell us how long he lived.

I believe that each of them went through different seasons in their spiritual lives and in the spiritual leadership they gave.

This is why in this podcast I want to feature this subject, the sunset, sunrise, and seasons of leadership.

The sunset, sunrise, and seasons of leadership.

Now, what do I mean by these expressions? Well, today I want to share that very thing with you which I believe is highly relevant to every one of your lives.

And so I hope that you will take the time to listen or to watch all the way through the podcast.
