When you are, you know, one of the things that we are, you know, seeing a lot is obviously compliance and also on the bigger customer side, compliance is a big issue because, you know, you manage a lot of personal data.

So how do you guys think about it? Like, you know, think about the AI solutions versus, you know, being compliant versus how do you build the security? Yeah.

There is a startup for compliancy in this regulation and a startup for compliancy in this regulation.

It's one of those things we just think, okay, what do we need to check off that box? And we just do it.

And we do have CISO, we do have a compliance manager that follows everything and makes sure that no one is breaking any rules.

And, you know, I know that you mentioned that, you know, use third party essential solutions, but also like for some of the founders, you have a, you know, quite successful marketplace around Guesty and yourself internally, you know, are quite entrepreneurial in, you know, picking up on some solutions that are external and like, you know, trying them, using them.

Like, are there any maybe, you know, recommendations or if people wanted to build something for Guesty, let's say for your marketplace or like how would you like where would you see like areas where you, for example, would prefer to like outsource or you would prefer to use third party?

I think that focus is a key in being an entrepreneur, right? And if your product vision involves one path, you should not innovate in all of the rest because it's a huge time sink.

The reason we opened ourselves for marketplaces was the fact that there's so much to do in our ecosystem.

And we just decided, like, let's be an open garden and let everyone connect to our API.

I think that some areas that we are not looking to go into because we are an end-to-end solution are areas that have... operational side, right? We think of ourselves as a software company, so if you're doing things like managing inventory of housekeeping staff, if you're managing inventory of chefs or masseuse or any specific experiences, We would want to connect with you so you can offer those to our customers, guests, and stuff, but we don't want to deal with any of that supply chain and operational issues with changing stuff, canceling stuff, refunds, all that kind of stuff.

There is a lot of work to be done there, and all of that work is essential, but it's not our core focus.

Our core focus is to build a guest app that the guests would use to buy all these things, but eventually we – there's like a million ways that this can grow, and we don't want to build those million ways.

We want to build the platform, and you can then come to our platform and offer your –
