Well, if you don't say anything, how is anyone going to know to correct you? you know, their behavior.

So I think we really got to start there is we, if something's bothering us, we're adults, we need to get that out on the table.
And I think, you know, I actually had this conversation recently is that where where is it coming from? Right.
Like what what is our intention behind the communication? I want to communicate with my partner because I want my partner to be better in some way, shape or form.
You didn't offer me any of your, you know, but the the feedback can't come from like this negative, like you're doing it wrong.
