So talk me through Constantinople Dai and how the partnership with Movebank came about.


I mean, we're looking for a long-term partnership and we really want to enable our bank clients to be able to grow and meet the evolution or the evolving needs of customers in this marketplace.

And so Mike came forward or the team came forward with a real view of partnership.

We want to create an amazing member experience and we ticked the boxes to be able to do that.

So, Mac, last time you were on the show, we talked about Constantinople as being the operating system for a bank.

I've got to be honest, I walked away and I thought, I'm not entirely sure what that means.

Then I met with Mike last night and heard about what you're doing with Movebank and everything made sense.

So can you talk through, I guess, with this real example that you've got now as to how Move has kind of helped bring the Constantinople vision to life?


And so that covers... all technology and infrastructure, all product, all operations, all compliance, regular reporting.


And in doing so, free up the bank to really focus on what differentiates it in market, whether that be its purpose or its customers or community.


And, you know, I think we're now, you know, right on the precipice of demonstrating what I think is the sort of the most complete transformation of a bank anywhere in the world in so short a time.
