Nov 2, 2026 · 19 min · 5 segments
Our Lady Queen of Peace in Branchville, NJ - November 2, 2026.
For us as Catholics, the centrality of our faith is always Jesus Christ.
He gives us, as a person who suffers from frequent spinal pain, He gives us the greatest motrin or aleve or whatever you want to call it we could ever have.
He gives us his self to eat so that he might then nourish not only the soul.
when it is dead and lying in its grave, is ultimately going to be resurrected from the dead, reunited with its soul.
each time you receive him in the Eucharist, not only is your soul being nurtured, but your body is being nurtured and prepared and given that healing medicine of eternal life.
Do we realize that? Do we take time to honor that in how we treat the body? I know when I have sinned.
