Every firm says they want high-net-worth clients, but is that actually the right client for your business? Elliot and Erik break down how to find your firm's real best client using your own data, not…
All right, so welcome to the Family Law Growth Podcast.
I'm your host, Elliott.
I'm here with our co-host, Eric.
We are the co-founders of Ethereacle360.
So today we're gonna be talking about something that we hear probably on a daily basis, probably multiple times a day, that we want high net worth clients.
So do our clients and family law firms actually want high net worth clients from your perspective?
some yes some no i think people a lot of times assume high net worth means easy client not necessarily a wealthy client and so i do think it's a worthwhile exercise to look at the clients who you actually want to work with and whether that's high net worth whether that's people who want amicable solutions looking at that support actually for us we thought for a while before we niche to family law we probably wanted personal entry because that's what everyone goes for that's who have the most money.
But for us, when we actually looked at our data and who our best customer for us, not only like our success for them, but also who worked with us the best, it was overwhelmingly family law.
And we would have never guessed that we would have been just like everyone else.
The personal attorneys had the money.
So let's go after them.
Yeah, I think the real question or the real thing that people want here is they just want people that will pay their bills.
Yep.
A lot of firms that we work with try and solve every single problem in their business with marketing.
Yes.
We've done that too.
Yes, we
absolutely have.
And I think it comes from what your strength is as a business owner or what you like, and you tend to hit everything with that hammer.
Yep.
