If you think back on an immediate family level, so just like you, your parents and your parents, like grandparents level.

If you think back when you were a child and your mother would say, shh, don't do that, the neighbours are here or whatever it is.

So we have this kind of nonsense, which is what I was saying before I'm doing the work.

It's kind of like, well, maybe you can't remember things from your own childhood.

The need for love and belonging and acceptance and acknowledgement is underneath all of it.

And those kinds of things, because we're all interconnected, can be felt throughout all of our systems.

So we all tend to know what it feels like to have been betrayed or to be excluded from something.
