In my most recent profession, was as a public representative for the people of Clarington as an elected school board trustee, a role of which I was fairly, if not exceedingly proficient at, as I was nominated by trustees across Ontario to represent Catholic school trustees at a national level.
Why I should be, why War II needs me? Because they need an effective, experienced, duty-bound representative who is absolutely committed to and has experience finding the middle path between two competing interests.
This is something I have a natural ability in doing, finding the compromise between two sides.
So I consider myself an asset for the community and that is why I'm putting myself forward to represent the community at Municipal Council.
