What if you haven't actually forgotten how to ride? What if the skills are still there, but pressure, nerves and overthinking are getting in the way of accessing them? In this episode of the…
Jocelin LillienauHostYeah, 100%.
I think if we do a recap on last week's episode, it wasn't about riders describing an absence of pressure.
You know, if we, again, just for anyone maybe that hasn't listened to this one or just as a recap, Mikko Jung, he said you can feel the pressure, but it's good pressure to have a championship.

Like I felt really orange, really kind of activated and I don't like it.
So we had a conversation yesterday and I said, I feel orange every single time I go cross country.

I feel quite activated.
I feel quite nervous at the start as apprehensive about what I'm about to do.
And she said, yeah, but you've done this a lot.
You've done this lots of times.
And, you know, essentially you jump the fences.
I was like, I do.
But that's going to keep happening every time I push myself or challenge myself.

I suppose everyone feels a bit of pressure, huh? Like you feel pressure to get round.
Yeah, 100%.
