What pieces in there help you lead? The question is not coming out properly, but you know what I mean? To suss that out, but that's not the word that I'm looking for.

Yeah, I think, you know, is this person receptive? Are they? So one of the questions in the questions is what questions do you have for me? So you learn a little bit about how receptive the applicant is.

And then another question at the first question is, tell me a little bit about your professional background and or personal, anything you want to tell me about what you think is going to help you be a strong or contributes to you being a strong counselor.

Yeah, definitely have some of those cues where it's like, oh, you know, constant self disclosure for the whole interview.

Someone's really not open, not, I don't want people to disclose, but Well, after, as you probably know, after 25 plus years in this profession, you learn how to read people.

And that's maybe not in one of the questions, but it's something that you hopefully have gotten fairly good at doing.
