So we're super picky.

Because, I mean, ultimately it is about the clients and it isn't about their outcomes.

And for us, it is about increasing the likelihood of our clients having positive outcomes, good treatment.

And so in order to do that, we need to have a strong clinical team.

When we're thinking about hiring counselors, we're thinking about that they have strong clinical judgment, some solid clinical evidence-based training, professionalism, a degree of maturity, and for sure, some self-awareness.

I try to be careful about the questions I ask, but I want to know that the counselors have done their own personal work because we know as a counselor that if we don't understand and have done you know, a significant amount of work on our internal landscape.
