You have to be your true authentic self and lead with the heart, lead with compassion.

I believe like, you know, what strengths can you pull in the role that you're showing up as, right? Like as a team leader, I believe in transparency, right? Like in both roles, like you have to be transparent.

The admin, the system costs, the rent costs, everything adds up, right? So shoot them the numbers, you know, then they realize that, yes, it takes a lot to run a practice.

But again, sometimes you have to put your foot down or talk from your experience or being assertive at times, right? So having certain standards, for instance.

So as much as I'm about autonomy, but if someone is continuously not showing up, not updating their calendars, that's the conversation that needs to happen.
