when we were evaluating who, who should lead the region of Latin America at the time, from what I recall, Latin America had already been through two pretty significant resets, right? Because we, I mean, Mexico was what the third market international company in 94.

And so you were talking about like literally decades of ups and downs in this business.

And, and I remember the discussion around, you know, well, who, who, who can we send down there? Because it was in some pretty difficult shape at the time.

But the thing that I heard over and over and over again is Don cares about our leaders.

Now, fast forward to how many years has it been that you've been in the seat? Not

yeah and and since that time what i've heard over and over again is how much you actually do care about the people so it's not just the environment there's there's something about the the way that you lead from a just like a leading with love type of approach of of really caring about the people and i think that's critical

Yeah, I think with this business, it's a people business, right? And the cool part about being in sales, because I've been in sales my whole career with Nu Skin, is you get to work with people, you understand what makes them tick, but then you meet their families, you see what drives them.

One thing that I'm convinced of in our role as corporate employees at Nu Skin is our interests are aligned with the field 99% of the time.

It's like, okay, if we understand what our leaders' needs are, They want us to grow.

And so often it's just coming together and figuring out how we best accomplish what they need.

Because the same way the business works, where they grow by helping others grow, our region grows by empowering our leaders to be successful.
