I think when I was younger, I really struggled with ADHD and, like, focus and sleep.

And then, you know, as I learned about, you know, mindfulness and meditation and the brain...

Um, I realized that all these things can be changed and, you know, reality is quite plastic and the way that you think and the way that you are, and you could really, you know, transform the mind.

Um, and I think the other thing that really fascinated me about like neuro degeneration is that a lot of this stuff is kind of controllable in some ways, like a lot of scientists believe that.

But I kind of disagree and I feel like there's a lot of micro conditions where you can actually control the outcome of your gene expressions and kind of prevent these degenerative outcomes.

But in today's world, it's very, very difficult because there's not very many, you know, tools that people are given and a lot of the food or the, you know, medicine is accessible to help prevent these things.

And then the education, of course, it's like a lot of the things that are invested in have some kind of motive, right? Like the Alzheimer's, the Parkinson's drugs of the world are invested in to treat the symptoms of the plaque building, not Not prevent the plaque building.

And then I think as I learned of the technology that can help to... assist people that have these conditions.

Um, it was something that I hadn't really been exposed to, um, cause I was being like a biz dev, you know, sales guy before, but, um, you know, slowly became fascinated with that and the impact that that can make.
