Back in June, I walked you through the Serena 6 data on Camazestrin, which was really good.

It was a 56% reduction in the risk of progression or death, a median progression-free survival of 16 months, which is close to the entire duration of the trial, versus 9 for patients who stayed on their old aromatase inhibitor.

I told you that this was the first drug to prove that you could catch an ESR1 mutation on a liquid biopsy before it caused clinical progression and switch early for better benefit.

So, in plain numbers, that seven additional months before the disease moved? That is just from switching at the right moment instead of the usual one.

So, quick one before we go further, and this is a real question I'd like you to answer.

Please, if you're on a first-line hormone therapy right now, has anyone on your care team talked to you about monitoring your blood for an ESR1 mutation? Please, just tell us yes or no.

I have a strong suspicion about how that's going to break, and the answers genuinely shape what we cover next and what you should do next.
