So their current marketing involved a, well, a conversion rate of 0.96, not amazing.

They were posting organically socials they're running meta ads and they had some email flows going and obviously we looked again under the hood of that I analyzed everything prior to our strategy call and I had obviously prepared some things that we went through on that call okay and their biggest challenge that they had identified was their brand messaging target audience thing so being able to actually speak to the right audience in the right language at the right time on the right platform and Then their organic traffic, they weren't getting enough there.

For that five to six K per month, they're probably spending about the five to six.

And then as we identified their conversion rate wasn't up to where it'd be making the advertising really expensive and people not, you know, converting a high enough rate.

And then their customer lifetime value as well, meaning that people were not necessarily coming back as often as I would like.

So basically anything to drive revenue and sales online comes down to one of these three things, but really it's like a multitude of these three things, but typically it's one to focus on.

So you can see that we've covered kind of all of those within the biggest challenges.

So there's no point really pushing traffic through if our conversion rate is no good.

One thing that can increase the conversions is increasing lifetime values that obviously increases traffic as well.

So knowing these relationships and then knowing specifically where to focus becomes the priority of the strategy.

What we basically do is go through again, every element of their business, We look at every part of their assets and then we create this strategy based on my 13 years experience in doing it and helping hundreds of brands basically scale.
