So what is your message to families, you know, parents who are listening? What is your message for families who are l- listening to this?

I'll say for the parents, because the parents are always the strongest hit by diagnosis, I would say they should first start by taking a deep breath.

In fact, so many thoughts that are conflicting, so many-Could this happen? What will happen? But I want them to first just take a breath and realize that, yes, this is the situation, but there is hope.

... and the world is filled with people who are passionate and trying to improve your child's life.

We are working constantly to find ways to improve their lives, and we are there for you.

And there are other parents who have gone through what you've gone through, and they're also there.

The community with ne- parents, you know, children with neurodevelopmental issues are, is quite strong, are there for you.

If you explain to them, your village grows bigger because they say it takes a village, so it grows bigger and stronger.

You know? In my family, we, we had not heard about autism before, you know, especially like my grandparents and all.

But once they understood, "Okay, this is what this means, and this is what she needs," everyone pulled together because that love is number one.

So explain to the siblings when they're old enough, explain to the cousins, and you will be pleasantly surprised how people will rally together to support you.
