so you've maxwell concessions you've been in the concession business this is your business right this is your livelihood what you do for a living right

with our business unlike so many here that travel up the east coast we're basically we're from the hudson valley we're from goshen new york uh our business is based out of middletown new york We do the Orange County Speedway, the Goshen Historic Trotter Track.

And over the years, we've done minor league baseball.

We've done NASCAR with a lot of other things other than the fairs.

So we are still at the Orange County Speedway.

And we live right on Goshen Historic Track, which we have food at.

So we watch that every day.

So that's sort of our business.

And my wife is also a full-time realtor.

Yeah.

It's busy.

Summers are busy.

Summers have to be really busy.

So, you know, the concessionaire business, I always say, is not for the faint of heart.

People really, and our audience really, needs to understand.

I mean, I have such respect for the hard work.

And it's almost like the work that goes into getting here as well.

the coordination and the people and the staff etc i mean talk talk to the audience or share with the audience like how many days in advance for you to come to an event like this and the scale and size and what you bring here our

operation here we bring between living trailers and cargo trailers and freezing you know we bring 14 trailers here

that's incredible just just the

uh the nightmare of getting everything here getting back that's one thing
