Zero Trust for Hiring

That's smart.

I mean, that's why I tell people all the time is like, if you don't need to hold it, don't, because it's just radioactive stuff.

Like you wouldn't stick uranium in your shorts.

You know what I mean? Like don't do it.

Some people would.

You wouldn't put uranium in your shorts, but yeah.

Man, some people, we know there's, hey, Chase, we've met some dumb people along our journey.

So, yeah, we know.

Oh, yeah.

You can't ever account for all of it.

So on the hiring side, I think it's really interesting, the hiring students piece.

Expand on that because that is...

And then I guess the follow-on question I have too is like, is your, being somebody that's dealing with hiring and jobs and all this other stuff, like what's your opinion on the crisis and the 7 billion jobs and whatever else?

Yeah, brilliant, man.

Yeah, so let's, a couple of things.

So the first one on the students, and by the way, when I say students, I don't mean just the spotty little kids coming out of college.

I also mean people that are reeducating themselves.

So we enabled it so that we could reach out to vets.

And we're like, hey, if you want to reeducate yourself, you're trying to get into industry.

This is a great opportunity.

We go into anyone, you know, going through career changes.

I think of it like if you're studying and you're learning this craft.

Rather than work at Starbucks or Trader Joe's or some bullshit, get a part-time job with a company.

And I think companies, and you know, I used to go around with a slide deck, man.

I was like, before I talk to you about this, I want you to ask yourself two questions.

That's smart.
