Feel Stuck? (Do This 12 Min Exercise)

But here's something you probably haven't thought about.

What if you're not actually stuck, but you're just too comfortable? This is what I call the seven out of 10 trap, and it's one of the most dangerous places you can be if you wanna make big changes in your life.

Because if you ask someone to rate their life on a scale of one to 10, most people probably land at around a seven.

That's not bad enough to force you to change, but also not great enough to make you really happy.

And when I was 19, my life was a two out of 10 or maybe even lower.

I hated everything about it.

I even tried to take my own life.

And because my situation was so bad, I had to change or I would've literally died, because almost no one escapes a seven, because we're wired to fear what we're not familiar with way more than we want what we don't even have yet.

And don't worry, I'm not saying that your life needs to get to as bad as what mine was when I was 19.

Instead, what you have to do is reframe your situation before you can actually change it.
