Let Healing Take the Lead
Centering yourself can restore wholeness amid uncertainty

And just notice if your, your mind and your, your desires kind of go toward doing something or fixing something or all that.

And then if that's, if that's happening, just note that and just, just be in a simple observation space with nothing to fix or change or alter, including anything about yourself.

This is the world of your, your body, the comfort level of your body, the stress level of your body, the, the pain levels of your body, and also your mind.

Stress, emotions, what your thoughts are doing, and just start to observe all that.

What we're gonna be doing in this meditation is changing, changing that to some degree, but not so much by trying to change it or saying, "Boy, I really need to change this aspect of myself." We're just going to connect with our divine selves and let the divine source energy flow that is our divine nature do all the work of healing ourselves and even healing others.

This is the first activity of this meditation, is just noticing the base of your spine.

This grounds your body, and it gives your body a way to release into the Earth whatever's, uh, perhaps not working for it.

This meditation is all about observation and just being in a space where you're just kinda noticing what's happening as you go through these steps.

So whatever comes up, just note it, notice it, and, and just stay in that observation mode.
