Finding Your Joy In The Eye Of The Storm--A Women's Meditation

So closing your eyes if you haven't done that yet.

Allowing the focus of your attention to shift from the outer world to your inner world.

bringing your attention to that place behind your eyes, your sixth chakra, and being the observer.

When we're in our sixth chakra, we have pulled our energy out of our emotions.

We've pulled our energy out of our ego, and we're more neutrally able to observe what's happening.

So we call it our meditation sanctuary.

So allowing yourself to be in your meditation sanctuary and noticing what's happening in your body, noticing how your body feels, noticing your mood, your energy level.

If you're hungry or you're full, If you're tired, wide awake, sleepy.

And we don't have to fix anything.

We're just simply noticing.

And with those inner eyes, putting your attention on that light.

are always connected to the light, but in our outwardly focused days, we tend to dim it down.

So in these meditations, we turn up the light.

We turn the dimmer switch up.

This light is your spiritual essence.

It flows down through your body.

down into earth, grounding you to earth.

And then it continues on into infinity.

Flow of light.

Just cascades down through your body.

And you can ask this light to change the vibration in your body.

One of the things we're working on this evening is the vibration of joy.

So asking that flow of light to be at the vibration of joy.
