Closing your eyes, allowing your perspective to shift from the outer world to your interior world.

And bringing the focus of your awareness to that place right behind your eyes.

You might imagine that you've got a magnet there, and it calls back all your scattered thoughts.

And then ideally, your consciousness begins to coalesce there, gather up.

That place behind your eyes is your sixth chakra.

And when you're in your sixth chakra, you have pulled your energy out of your emotions, out of your ego, and you're more neutrally able to observe what's happening.

So from that place of neutrality, observing what's going on, how does your body feel? your mood, your energy level, if you're hungry or full.

And we don't have to fix anything.

We're simply just tuning into our body and noticing what's happening.

You might ask your body if there's Anything that it needs for you to know.

And then from that place behind your eyes, sending a greeting to the light.

We're always connected to the light.

But in our outwardly focused days, we... we tend to kind of dim it down or put our attention away from it.

And so in these meditations, we focus on the light and bring it forward.

We activate it.

This light is the spiritual aspect of you that energizes and powers your body, gives your body life.

When your body dies, This light will continue on.

This light has no beginning and no end.

It exists outside of time and space.

So the fabric of this light is magic, unlimited possibilities.

This light, it comes from infinity, flows down into your body, flows out your body, down into earth, grounding you to earth, and then continues on into infinity.

No beginning, no end.
