When do you use while and whilst here? You know, I ask that question sometimes and I feel like people from the UK use whilst.

I want to start incorporating it into my vocabulary, but I'm not exactly sure when to use while and when to use whilst.

And it seems that people from the UK, it's just incorporated, but there's not necessarily a rule per se.

Patients, you had volunteers speak to patients that were, you know, in the hospital and get feedback.

And what I heard was they'd feel comfortable speaking to volunteers because, I mean, there was this... parody, like this connection in that they were also patients probably of the NHS.

And, you know, it's interesting because, you know, I was having a conversation last night with a gentleman and we were talking about change and leadership and the fact that vulnerability creates human connection, which can lead to any number of things, right? But like if we're trying to lead people and we're trying to be a proponent of positive change, oftentimes that starts with that person being willing to follow, right? And how do you do that but create this connection? So it just reminds me that That is a situation where it's like volunteer with patient, but even within an organization, if I'm trying to create this kind of change, how am I spending time to connect with those individuals and not have a hierarchical relationship? Because the more that I can...

create that eye to eye kind of connection and heart to heart connection, the more that I can champion positive change.
