Aug 16, 2026 · 1 hr 28 min · 12 segments
Back in episodes 144 and 145, Christina told us about her toxic ex, her toxic childhood, and a four-wheeler ride that never should've happened while pregnant. This time she's back for a very…
Like, literally, I've been abused for 37 years.
So, yeah.
And, you know, and that's scary because you just feel kind of, you know, lost.
You feel a little vulnerable.
Like, I mean, you know, not being able to place certain things because you've literally blacked out the fucking trauma.
How do I get some of
that? I mean, it's going to be
really cautious.
Like EMDR is probably really good, but I could see somebody like swooping in and taking you in the wrong direction too.
You know, like I think of like people like Teal Swans where they do the like deep, you know, the, the, what is it? The deep where they go back into your memories, but then there's been all many, all these people that are, you know, for some reason they were all sexually abused by their parents um you know and then they're like the parents and the families are like that never happened this never happened that never like it's almost like they're placing ideas and even the people that come out of it are like well i don't think that ever happened and she like convinced me it did you know i think of stuff like that you know yeah
There's a lot of that.
And like EMDR, it has gotten to the point where I've been in her office and we've pulled on a memory and I've literally gone into a deep hole where like, she's like, Christina, I am still here.

I don't know where you are right now, but I am in the room with you and you are okay.
Yeah.
Wow.

It's just been,
it's heavy.
