Roy CoughlanHostIt kind of varies, but I always have the question, what am I doing tomorrow? I always take a little bit of time.
I might already be clear about it, or just to remind myself, or sometimes I look at the day and think, great, what am I going to focus on tomorrow? So that's always a question.
But I think the question that I ask myself when I'm winding down to go to sleep is the question of, how do I feel about my day and how do I feel about my life? You know, do I, does it feel, do things feel right or do they not feel right? And I just ask myself that question.
And someone taught me something years ago, which was called dream programming.
And it's where you can kind of drop a question or a request into your subconscious just before you go to sleep.
You just you just lying there, you relax and you say, you know, if if if for some reason things don't feel quite right, I'll just reflect on that a little bit and then give it to my subconscious just by saying, please resolve this for me in the night or please give me some clarity for the morning or something like that.
And then very often in the morning I'll wake up and either I've got some sort of clarity or just a feeling that something has changed and resolved itself on the kind of inner level mysterious levels of me during the night so i suppose you know questions during the day i've got the sort of kind of practical one and what am i doing next day and the other one is um how do i feel about my day how do i feel about my life do things feel right and then from that i might drop a little question or request into the deeper layers before i go to sleep

excellent Yeah, I do what you've said, kind of going to sleep sometimes if there's something that I'd like an answer on.

and then I'm happy enough and yeah there used to be a time where I'd make my list the night before but sometimes I'll do it like today so today being Monday that's what I done I just decided okay what what's the important things that I need to do and I just made a list and I wake up naturally early anyway and just started getting getting the things done but regarding question at the end of the day sometimes I'd reflect on my day did I enjoy my day But I think when I'm going for a walk, that's when I'm kind of thinking as well.

It's kind of just kind of planning in my head what I'm doing, the businesses I'm doing, how we can strategize.
Sometimes they're working on something which is going to kind of incrementally shift across day to day.
And then sometimes together we'll come up with specific questions they're going to ask themselves at the end of each day that relate specifically to what they're working on.
Because for them, they want to kind of notice subtle changes each day as they go in relation to something specific.
So that's a, you know, sometimes it's useful to have something that relates to a specific shift you're making or project or something that you're working on.
