I mean, I heard about it and I knew a few people that used it, but it was like where they had automation, but it was a recording that press one to confirm.

And we're now used to getting confirmations through text and we're used to getting time-sensitive communication that way.

I'm like, hey, if this is important for your client, They're not sitting behind a computer all day.

You can't just send your client an email, shoot them a text that you sent them this email with these recommendations.

Like, just go that extra mile and make sure you're communicating to actually bring value, not to just check a box, you know.

Now, as far as like copy, what makes like automated copy feel organic? Like, should it come from the doctor? Should it come from the team member, the practice? Should it be conversational?

When you say copy, are you talking about the lead nurturing experience? communication that happens.
