We're focused on our staff for this episode because once you've spent the time and money to find someone that's exceptional, there's tremendous value in obviously retaining that person.

And a lot of times if they've been there for a long time, I mean, we have affinity for them.

But then all of the things, these experiences that you've had in your practice, I mean, if you think about it, especially in dentistry where it's not like McDonald's, where everything is written up, even though that's what we're working towards.

That's what we do with our clients, that they don't have a lot of stress and headaches when someone leaves.

But typically, I'm gonna say 75% of the practices that are listening do not have their jobs written up by job.

And when somebody leaves, all that experience, all that knowledge, all the money that you have spent creating this person to be perfect in your office for that position is leaving with them.

That's why you've got to protect yourself and your practice by being organized and having structure and SOPs.
