Should I give her another chance? I met my wife, I'll call her Anna, during our first year of university.

Things were happy for about a while until Anna discovered a lump in her right breast.

She was reluctant to do so, but ultimately did because breast cancer runs in her family.

The good news, if it can be considered good news, was that breast cancer that she had was extremely treatable with chemo and radiation.

Based in her family history, her doctor also recommended a double mastectomy for her.

I suggested she go to therapy, but she outright refused and said she never wanted to hear me suggest that again.

Can we have a... chat here for a second everybody that's listening to this episode what is it with people not wanting to go to therapy does does anybody can someone shed some light on that in the comment section like I understand that therapy was not uh it was looked it was frowned upon it was looked down upon uh for many many years but um we're kind of at the point where like I don't I don't have a friend that's not in therapy you know what I mean so it's kind of like What's up with that? Let's talk about the stigma in the chat down below.

he sounds like such a good man oh you're giving so much and that's like with cancer that's what they need you know like i i don't have any experience with it but um with cancer like for me personally but um yeah the more you can give because you know we didn't we didn't ask for cancer to choose us you know it's it's tough but it sounds like you're doing a great job opie About six weeks into her treatment, Anna brought up the idea of going to stay with her sister Sarah for a week.
