So first thing I want to dispel, I have it and I tweeted it early.

All of the talk, all of the chatter last night coming into today was about Margaret Spinelli not testifying.

The prevailing thought was that was based on the fact that she was posting on her Facebook page, which it was confirmed.

In fact, her Facebook page.

That is not why she's not testifying.

She was actually pulled off the list before the post.

So, and it had nothing to do with the Facebook.

So I don't know how you feel like Allie was texting me and I feel the exact same way.

I worry that that's a hole in the defense.

I feel that I'm hoping because it's a 12-6 women to men split that when the deliberating jurors get picked that it's a majority women.

I've heard from multiple people that there's multiple nurses on the jury.

I'm just hoping that there's enough women in there to educate the men as best they can back there.

And, um,

so they just don't think they need her because why wouldn't they ask for time to get it? I don't think

they can make, I don't think they can make the pivot.
