When I first entered the cannabis industry, I didn't have a relationship with the plant.

What I did have was a background in retail leadership, a deep belief in people, and a desire to make work feel human again.

I didn't know that this path, this, quote, journey into the green, would change how I see leadership, wellness, and even myself.

I learned about healing, patience, transformation, and the quiet power that grows from within.

I began to see how the industry, like many of us in it, is still finding its balance between structure and soul, profit and purpose, hustle and humanity.

But they are those of today's guest, creative storyteller, advocate of Black women's literature, wellness, and cultural memory, empathy-driven strategist, cannabis advocate, and community builder with over 20 years in retail management.
