So the practical thing, how this case can exist is, let's say I have my Tchum from point A to point B. and somebody else has his throne from point C to D.
So we're able to have a conversation on Shabbos, right? So there is a spot that we can both be, and we can talk to each other on Shabbos, but there is places that I can go to that he can't go to, and there's places that he can go to that I can't go to.
Now, I have fruit in in the area that I cannot get to that he has, and he has fruit in the area that I can get to that he can't.
So, you can tell your friend, you, You go ahead and watch my paris that are in the area that you can go to.
It's obviously I'm allowed to tell him because, again, watching paris on Shabbos is something that's what to do.
watching, talking about something outside of my tchum, we already just learned.
That was the whole yesterday, that the whole tchum is a technical issue, not an actual isser, because if there were the Borgen, then I would be able to get there, right? So that's also not a problem.
So what would be the problem? Why would that? So obviously, if I meet you on Shabbos, and I have Paris in your tchum, that I cannot get to, naturally, I can tell you, can you do me a favor? Can you please watch them? I cannot tell you, right, that...
can i hire you to watch them because hiring that's already not allowed so over here where i'm telling i'm doing a trade-off i'll watch yours you watch mine so that you would think that that is almost like we're making a deal no that's okay as long as we don't say that i'm hiring you to watch mine and you're hiring me to watch yours When somebody comes and borrows something from his friend, we'll see this really has changed since words have become interchangeable, but let's first read the halacha inside.
