When I got back to the office, I jotted down everything I'd told him, and I realized it was the whole process in miniature. Jacob wasn't asking how to reinvent his life. He was asking how to take the first step without tripping. And that's the part almost everybody gets wrong. **Important Points** \* Decide fully or don't bother. A halfway decision gets you a halfway result, and "sorta" gets you sorta nothing at all. \* Add the new habit before you subtract the old one.
