Right now, we are on the top of Chaf Heh Medalef at the top line, and we're discussing a sugya, uh, based on the Mishnah Chaf Dalet Midbeitz about whether or not one is allowed to be tolesh es ha'se'ar, um, in order to do a good shchitah and in order potentially to find a mum.
And toward the very bottom of Chaf Dalet Midbeitz, when the sugya ended, we had concluded, and I'll just pull the language from there, that Mar Na'amy amir Rav Hananya bar Shlomi mi-shmedav k'neged v'yum tov mutar.
That on yontif, it's mutar to do that, and the meforshim explain because it is a dabar she'aino miskaven.
Now, we know from Masechet Shabbos that that's an ongoing machloket in the Tana'im, whether or not Rebi Yehuda is machmir, says dabar she'aino miskaven is asur.
So what we see from here, the fact that Rav is matir to say that we're allowed to pull hair out of the animal, um, on yontif, it shows that he holds dabar she'aino miskaven is mutar, says the Gemara on the top line.
Does Rav really hold that dabar she'aino miskaven is mutar? After all, I'll give you a scenario where Rav pasken that dabar she'aino miskaven is asur.
