Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note. Mental health conversations matter — and this episode goes unfiltered. In Episode 11 of the CUP Full Podcast — Creating Unfiltered…
This is probably going to be the mind-blowing experience That we've all been looking for.
I think, especially when you talk about our community, I think when people think about mental health, and I say this a lot with the clients that I serve, it doesn't mean that you're crazy.
It just means that something is going on in your life that's disruptive, and it's causing problems that you can't, like... fully live when you get up you know depression is real depression hurts you have kids who just keep themselves in the room and play video games and don't leave their rooms and not doing the things around the house and then you got parents who are saying those kids are lazy No, they got stuff that's going on and let's talk about it and figure it out.
And so therapy creates environments where people can actually feel safe and discuss what's going on from a non-judgmental perspective.
A lot of times we talk about mental health, right? And I want y'all to unpack this for me real quick.
So I believe that we all are grown children, right? So depending on how we went to therapy, if you ever went to therapy, or like your childhood plays a major part in who you are today and how you're wired, how you think.
