Now, the recovery industry in particular is worth billions of dollars, and a lot of that is built on athlete anxiety, the fear that you're not doing enough, not recovering well enough, not getting some edge that everyone else seems to have.
Most of the rest, cupping especially, has little to no mechanistic plausibility at all.
