You don't want an organization.

You know, one thing I didn't know when I was first when I was first researching is like We're in the baby business.
We are 24 hours.
Things happen.
So ask that question.
What are your hours? Like if I need to get a hold of you, it's only Monday through Friday, nine to five.
I want to feel like a person like we value you and your family.
Like you're doing this as a you're doing this out of the kindness of your heart.
You know, you're not a number.
And that's really important.
And when you first are looking at this, you don't know what you don't know.
And so ask the questions.
