So we're getting a lot of staff there and actually end up sending the claim staff and the staff that do the policy underwriting with us to upskill them to make sure that they obviously have the added benefit when underwriting the policy.
No broker wants to obviously claim through their PI and no broker wants to lose a client due to obviously not underwriting the policy correctly.
So they actually see the value proposition in us giving them a free training session by an ATV insurer that's been doing it for 11 years, specializing in that.
