Ryan JonesHostPeter SumptonHostSo our first headline, like we said, is actually from construction management, as you might think it would be, because that's part of the CIOB.
And the headline is, Construction Professionals Want More Than High Salaries, Survey Finds.
And this, like I said, it's part of a, or the information is from a survey by CAOB into salary and market trends within construction.

host of other things that they look for when they're looking for new roles or potential roles or new companies that they can they can work with um so what is your uh how have you found this what what have you found interesting if anything is there anything that sticks out for you

I guess caveats first for anyone listening to this that hasn't yet had time to dive into the report.

So we need to be careful that this isn't average salaries in the sector have increased uniformly or kind of construction's performance relative to other parts of the economy is one thing to caveat.

the sort of profile information of respondents skew slightly more senior in this version than in previous ones.
