Your online, who you are online and who you are in person might be radically different.

You hang out with your friends one way, you hang out with your neighbors another.

And often when it comes to the division in our lives, the gap is really between who we know we want to be and who we actually are.

And there's a part of us that doesn't feel Now, self-help would tell us, well, what that means is you got to be more integrated.

I think there's a deep desire in each of us to feel more whole, to be the same person everywhere, to be real.

So how do you find the divisions in your life? Because I think for many of us, We're so good at this, we don't even realize where we're divided.

And I would argue that the number one way we see the divisions inside of us is pressure.

Many of you know a couple who were married and then pressure came on the marriage and it divided them.
