Integration and restoration are both very important aspects of the healing journey.

So when we look at healing something from our past, first we got to recognize that we did take on emotions that we may have suppressed.

emotions that we held inside us that did not get let out right that we kept in us that created these patterns of dysregulation in the first place but we've got to let go of the of the of the emotions so we release the emotions and then we integrate the new story i am sinking That trauma was back then.

So what happens is when we go through something that we don't fully heal, every time we're triggered, our body brings us back to that moment as if it's happening right now.
